Hayat Arslan has been commissioned to the task of preserving Human dignity & the right of citizens to live decently. That was expressed by the claim of securing education, medical care & housing. She has established a school, and an infirmary. She has empowered women economically by training them on how to earn their living by earning skills and to become productive members in their families. Ms. Arslan has established a training school in Aley which is still functioning. This school has graduated and is still graduating big numbers of women. Ms. Arslan empowered women politically by lobbying, advocating & claiming for Quota adoption. She has established “The Committee for Women Political Empowerment” in 2004 which was licensed in 2006.
