Dr. Halimé El Kaakour holds a PhD in Public International Law. She is a professor at the faculty of law and political & administrative sciences at the Lebanese University and previous instructor at many others such as USJ, AUST & LIU. She is a trainer and consultant in many international and local organizations in the field of gender, leadership, good governance, local development and others. She devotes her time working on different cases such as human rights, and women’s rights, and environmental rights. She’s one of the toughest fighters against corruption calling for a secular state providing equal rights for everyone without discrimination.
