Dr. Zeina Zeidan is a business leader and expert in corporate governance and ESG, currently heading the practice at Stanton Chase in Dubai. She made history as the first woman to chair the board of a leading financial corporation in the MENA region and serves as an independent board member for Lafarge-Holcim in Lebanon. Dr. Zeidan has held senior financial leadership roles, including CFO and CEO for MENA, Turkey, and Cyprus at a major Danish multinational. She is also an adjunct professor at the American University of Dubai and a consultant for the Harvard Business Club of GCC. With a Ph.D. from Paul Cézanne University, she is deeply committed to higher education and women’s empowerment. Dr. Zeidan is involved in several boards and initiatives, advocating for women’s leadership and entrepreneurship. She was recognized by the IFC for her role in supporting women business leaders during crises and holds various certifications, including the Corporate Directors Certification program from IFC
