Rindala Beydoun is the founder and managing partner of Tribonian Law Advisors. Her practice focuses on cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development and asset purchases, as well as a wide variety of corporate transactions. Prior to founding TLA, Ms. Beydoun was a partner at Vinson & Elkins in the UAE and the managing partner at Latham & Watkins’ offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar. Ms. Beydoun is recommended by The Legal 500 for M&A in the UAE (2006- 2018) and ranked as a leading lawyer for Corporate & Commercial Contracts in the UAE by Chambers Global (2008- 2016).
