Nada Abdelsater-Abusamra is an international lawyer specializing in cross-border transactions, litigation, and arbitration, with notable expertise in white-collar crimes and complex commercial disputes. She is the legal representative of victims at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, focusing on the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. As the founding partner of ASAS Law, she leads multi-faceted investigations and asset recovery processes across jurisdictions. Abdelsater is a recognized expert in corporate governance and ethics, having earned international acclaim for her work. She holds a Master of Law from Harvard and has taught law and corporate governance at the American University of Beirut. Additionally, she is the chairperson of the Lebanese Transparency Association and a member of the Maronite League.
