Lamia Moubayed Bissat

Lamia Moubayed Bissat is the president of the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan at the Lebanese ministry of Finance. She teaches public management at the Institute of Political Studies of the Université Saint Joseph, Beirut. Ms Moubayed is a development economist with experience in the private sector and United Nations. She was awarded the “Chevalier de La Légion d’Honneur” (2015) and “l’Ordre National du Mérite” (2004), for her contribution to State Building and the development of cooperation ties between France, Lebanon and the Arab region. A fervent supporter of women talents, she has put forth her commitment at many occasions.
