Dr. Rana Abdel Malak holds a Doctoral degree earned from the University of Texas. She is Certified in Project Management by the American Academy of Project Management (AAPM) and 20 + years of progressive nurse executive experience in leading tertiary health care centers in the Middle East. She is the Recipient of the Lebanese Order of Nurses 10 years achievements award and the Buie Presidential Scholarship for Doctoral Studies. Moreover, she is Responsible to provide strategic leadership at the patient care executive position. Provides oversight of the overall delivery of nursing care and the professional practice of nursing in all areas of the medical facility in Beirut and provide support to CMC offshore locations (Dubai and Riyadh). Provides direction, leadership, planning, organization and general management for all aspects of patient care ensuring integration of services and compliance with long range objectives and strategies, with the provision of excellent quality services and sound fiscal management. Represents nursing/patient care on the hospital executive level.
